POLICIES

Rates: $110 (off season) -- $250 per night based on a double occupancy.

Breakfast. All rates include a complimentary continental breakfast (served from 8 am to 10 am).

Local Tax. All room rates subject to 9.7% local and state lodging tax.

Minimum Stay. A two-night minimum is requested on all weekend and holiday stays from Memorial Day through Labor Day. A three night minimum stay is requested for the Falmouth Road Race weekend. A reduced minimum stay will be accepted within 14 days of all weekends and holidays. No minimum stay is requested during the quiet season.

Deposits and Payment. A room deposit of 50% of the total stay will guarantee your reservation; balance is due at check-in. Mastercard and Visa, travelers checks and US personal checks accepted.

Cancellation. Reservations canceled 14 days or more in advance of arrival date will be refunded in full with a $25 processing fee per room. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be refunded based on the ability to rent the canceled room(s) and a $25 processing fee per room.

Arrival/Departure. Check out is at 11 am. Check in is 3 pm. Check in after 9 PM by prior arrangement only.

Smoke Free. The Inn is a historic building and no smoking is allowed inside or anywhere on the grounds for the safety and health of our guests.

Pets. We do not allow pets for the convenience of our guests with allergies.

Children. Well supervised children over the age of 5 are welcome. A fee of $20 per additional guest per room will be assessed.

Quiet. Management reserves all rights to ensure the quiet enjoyment of the Inn by all of our guests.

Amenities. Continental breakfast, private bath with shower, color tv with dvd player, ipod docking station, free wireless internet access, luxury cotton towels, high thread count cotton sheets, complimentary beach towels for use while staying at the Inn, complimentary beach cruiser bikes, free parking.

Bicycles. Bicycles are provided complimentary to our guests on a first-come, first serve basis.

Parking. The center of Woods Hole can be a challenging place to park. On-site parking is provided to one car per room. No RV's, boat trailers or large trucks will be permitted in the lot. Parking check out is at 11 am. Additional parking will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Eco-Efforts. We have renovated the building re-using whatever materials possible and used only green paints; we replaced old appliances with new energy efficient appliances; we use only compact fluorescent bulbs; we instituted a building-wide recycling and waste stream management policy; we try to keep laundry to a minimum with guest assistance and use the line to dry sheets when possible; we use local handmade soaps artisan crafted here in Woods Hole; we use local produce and suppliers in our restaurant; we use biodegradable cleaners many of which we make on-site; we ask our staff to walk or bicycle to work; we do not offer air conditioning. Our goal is to set the highest standard for service and style, while impacting the earth as little as possible. We welcome a dialogue about this with our guests as we are always looking to learn, grow and improve.

Privacy Policy. When you contact the Woods Hole Inn through our web site, we may require personal contact information, such as your name, mailing address, phone number and credit card information so we can provide you with the services you have requested. Your name and contact information will not be added to any mailing lists besides our own without your prior knowledge or expressed permission. You may ask to be removed from our mailing list at any time by contacting us at woodsholeinn@gmail.com. In addition, protecting your privacy is very important to us. We have established physical and electronic safeguards to our physical premises and electronic procedures to safeguard and protect against the unauthorized access of personal information.
